Reservation: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance to pay at the time of check in. We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 90 days from the date of registration will receive a refund of 100% of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from the cancellation date.
Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days from the date of registration will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year at from the date of cancellation.
Cancellations made between 59 and 31 days from the date of registration will receive a refund of 30% of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for a period of Year from the date of cancellation.
Cancellations made 30 days or less from the date of registration will not receive a refund of the deposit paid and a fine will be charged.
Deposit: We require a security deposit of $ 300. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of the stay, given that the villa is in the same condition in which it was received.
Pets: We do not allow pets on the property.
Children: Adults without children are welcome to stay at the property.
